1. Booking & Payment 💳

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Payment confirms your booking.

2. Cancellation & Refunds 🔄

Bookings canceled more than 24 hours prior are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

3. Studio Rules & Conduct 📜

• Respect the space, equipment, and property.
• No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal substances.
• Keep noise at a reasonable level.
• Leave the studio clean and tidy after use.

4. Equipment Usage & Damages 🔧

Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will apply.

5. Liability ⚠️

Total360 Studios is not liable for personal injury, property loss, or damages during your booking.

6. Overtime Charges ⏰

Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments at our standard hourly rate.

7. Cleaning Fee 🧹

Basic cleaning is included, but excessive mess will incur additional fees.

8. Photography Rights 📷

We may document the studio for promotional and security purposes before/after your session.

9. Agreement ✅
